I called Maxim and Dan and his guys took care of us quickly and professionally

I can't write enough about the professionalism, care, understanding, and work that Dan, and the technicians he sent, did in fixing our roof and noticing and fixing another problem of which we were unaware. We had a leak in a roof peak that was "fixed" by another company a year ago, and it started leaking again (ugh). I called Maxim and Dan and his guys took care of us quickly and professionally. Dan clearly juggled his crews' time and work brilliantly--he fit us in to get a crew over to fix our roof when they had a free moment (and they explained what really needed to be done to fix it, which they did, and it has been 100% waterproof in the heavy rain we've gotten since then). While here, the technicians conscientiously noticed that I had a gutter which sagged on the end and recommended we fix it--I realized then that this was the cause of a leak in my basement a floor below (the gutter was overflowing on that end into my siding). Dan made sure his guys could come back quickly to fix that (and because he did so, it was ready to go for a heavy rain the next day). And all of the work was at a very fair price. Wow! Wow! Wow! We are so grateful for Dan and his guys (I really wish I knew their names)--our house is now completely waterproof and they solved TWO of our problems which had been causing us worry. And, I don't have to worry about whether or not the fix will last, because I know it will. Thank you, thank you!

They did an excellent job, and I was very pleased

Maxim installed a new roof and gutter guard on my house, as well as replaced a skylight and added siding around my chimney. They did an excellent job, and I was very pleased with everything. They came when they said they would, they worked around some challenging weather, and they put in long hours to get the job done quickly. They also did great a job matching the color of the siding on the chimney to the existing house siding. I would definitely recommend them.
