The wind pulled the vent cap off my roof a few days ago. The very friendly folks from Maxim Roofing came out and, since the old cap was still serviceable, just climbed up and replaced it, but this time with fasteners! Good people, great service.

Our Old Farm House was a big job with additional wood repair. They sent in a large crew who worked from dawn to dusk. It was amazing to watch and they cleaned as they went. Very professional and respectful of our property. Hard to get excited about a new Roof and gutters but it looks great and was done correctly. We highly recommend.

First rate, across the board, from start to finish. Beginning with the roof evaluation, they were very professional and thorough. They took as much time as needed to answer all my questions and concerns and followed up immediately to get it scheduled within days.The service staff on the phone are very positive and helpful. And the roofers that do the work? I've seen many roofing jobs done in various neighborhoods, and I've never seen any crew spend so much time and attention to protecting the house and surrounding property. They did a tear-off of the old shingles, took off and replaced the degraded roof deck, installed the new shingles, and spent at least an hour scanning and cleaning the grounds around the house, in one day. They were finished and gone before 7pm, leaving a fantastic-looking new roof and no evidence that they'd even been there (beyond the new roof, of course). Their prices are right in the ballpark with everyone else and maybe even on the low side. I'm very pleased and most highly recommend Maxim Roofing!
I called Maxim and Dan and his guys took care of us quickly and professionally
I can't write enough about the professionalism, care, understanding, and work that Dan, and the technicians he sent, did in fixing our roof and noticing and fixing another problem of which we were unaware. We had a leak in a roof peak that was "fixed" by another company a year ago, and it started leaking again (ugh). I called Maxim and Dan and his guys took care of us quickly and professionally. Dan clearly juggled his crews' time and work brilliantly--he fit us in to get a crew over to fix our roof when they had a free moment (and they explained what really needed to be done to fix it, which they did, and it has been 100% waterproof in the heavy rain we've gotten since then). While here, the technicians conscientiously noticed that I had a gutter which sagged on the end and recommended we fix it--I realized then that this was the cause of a leak in my basement a floor below (the gutter was overflowing on that end into my siding). Dan made sure his guys could come back quickly to fix that (and because he did so, it was ready to go for a heavy rain the next day). And all of the work was at a very fair price. Wow! Wow! Wow! We are so grateful for Dan and his guys (I really wish I knew their names)--our house is now completely waterproof and they solved TWO of our problems which had been causing us worry. And, I don't have to worry about whether or not the fix will last, because I know it will. Thank you, thank you!

I received the estimate the same day, approved the very fair price, and the work was completed within 4 days! We live in the country so we went with barn red. Stands out like a pewter button in a mud puddle. We really liked the professional Job our to installers, John and Dave did. we had questions they answered them until we understood. If they were Doctors, you would say they had excellent bed side manners. In this case,excellent roof side manners. We liked the job they did so well, we decided to have them replace our old gutters and screens. We had a rain leak at our chimney. They worked especially hard to head off any leaks with excellent constructed flashing. In all, we are very happy we took the advise of our Electrician and hired Maxim Roofing,

I initially gave a poor review which was a mistake. They made every effort to fix a pending leaking issue that in all honesty wasn't their doing. I was too quick to judge since I'd been a victim of poor service by another company prior. They stepped up, and I'm sorry it took so long to make this right...They'll do you what it takes...

Maxim installed a new roof and gutter guard on my house, as well as replaced a skylight and added siding around my chimney. They did an excellent job, and I was very pleased with everything. They came when they said they would, they worked around some challenging weather, and they put in long hours to get the job done quickly. They also did great a job matching the color of the siding on the chimney to the existing house siding. I would definitely recommend them.

Maxim roofing is a professional, reputable company who stands by their work. I hired them to put a new roof and gutters on my house in September 2014. They did a great job and maintained a clean work space. In March 2017, I noticed some paint peeling on my fascia, where maxim had put on flashing and gutters. I called them, Randy came out and looked at it. He determined that the flashing was just a little too short, and a small amount of water was getting in, just enough to peel some paint. Despite the gutters being out of warranty (1 year), maxim came out and repaired the flashing free of charge.
I highly recommend this company, as they stand by their work after the sale. That is a rarity in the roofing business!
