Personal Interests:

Married for 21 years and the father of three children. Former youth sports coach, active church member, and long-serving board member. I'm also involved in several charitable organizations and enjoy hands-on building, remodeling, and property rehabilitation projects in my free time.

Most Memorable Project:

Early in my career at Zero-Breese Co., I worked alongside highly experienced roofers and managers, gaining hands-on exposure to complex projects including high-rise buildings, large warehouses, and historic restorations.

Learning in the late '90s from seasoned craftsmen required deep knowledge of specifications and independent problem-solving. That demanding environment - and mentors who expected solutions, not shortcuts - shaped my confidence, work ethic, and leadership style.

Drew Sandlin represents the next generation of leadership within the company, having been immersed in the construction industry from a young age. His early exposure to roofing, framing, and residential remodeling laid a strong foundation that was further developed through formal training at the Greene County Career Center.

There, Drew distinguished himself through advanced skill and work ethic, earning job placement at the start of his junior year with a custom home builder specializing in complex framing systems and detailed trim work.

In 2024, Drew joined the family business full-time, committing himself to learning the trade from the ground up. He spent extensive time in the field working alongside crews to gain a firsthand understanding of jobsite operations, quality standards, and production efficiency.

He is now transitioning into the office, where his focus is on project management, customer communication, and operational coordination. By combining practical field experience with growing leadership and administrative responsibilities, Drew is developing the well-rounded skill set necessary to help guide the company into the future.

I enjoy spending time at my children's baseball, softball, and soccer games. In our downtime, my husband and I enjoy fishing, and our two energetic German Shorthaired Pointers keep life active at home.

Most Memorable Project:

Organizing Maxim Roofing Company's family picnic at Young's Jersey Dairy in October 2016 was especially meaningful. The event brought employees and families together and is still remembered as a favorite company event.

Outdoor activities, traveling to new countries to experience different cultures, cooking, and experimenting with new recipes

Most Memorable Project:Lexis Nexis Building. We had only 48 hours to complete the entire roof demolition, using 2 40-ton cranes and 26 employees.

Most Memorable Project:Multiple jobs, seeing the homeowner's happy reaction to a finished project with dramatic changes to the curb appeal of a full exterior remodel with roofing, siding, and windows.

Most Memorable Project:June 26th, 2016, a tornado ravaged a local Girl Scout Camp where I had routinely been upgrading the exterior of the structures. I was honored with the privilege to advocate through the staggering insurance process and rebuild a majority of the traumatically affected structures.

Most Memorable Project:Every job is unique and has memorable moments. CVG Airport is one of them due to the logistics involved, and the Southbrook Church outdoor basketball court, because it has a radius roof with 95' panels.

Contribution to the Company's Mission:When I am presented with an opportunity, I work hard on giving the customer a thorough, detailed proposal. I also think good communication with my customers has helped to build lasting relationships.

Personal Interests:

When I'm not working, I stay active, helping coach my son's baseball team, bowling in a league, and hunting and fishing whenever I get the chance.

Most Memorable Project:I have been a part of Maxim Roofing for most of my adult life. I have been involved in many projects throughout the years; some of my most memorable projects were some that I would like to have forgotten. These included flooded roofs, causing damage to carpet and drywall.

In every case, we have managed to pull it together to complete the job as promised and make any necessary repairs. Even when a project may not go as smoothly as planned, our team will work hard to resolve any issues to satisfy our customers, no matter how big or small.
